Parasol Nobori Bushi Persimmon tangy dyed Made by KATUMI

This Showa era banner was dyed with persimmon tannin. It was dyed once in 2023 and once in 2024.
The handle of the parasol is a square twist type made of oak.
Total length is 87cm.
Diameter is 105cm.
The pattern is centered around the striking face of a samurai, and includes gourd, noshime, arabesque, and checkered patterns.
The surface has been sprayed with UV protection spray and water repellent spray.
The effect of the spray will weaken over time, so we recommend applying the spray about once a year.
